Deliveries and Returns
DELIVERY
US: 5-7 business days / International: 10-14 business days via DHL Express or DPD. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to ship. You may experience an increased shipping window due to high order volume during Holidays, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, or new product drops.
If you PREORDER an item, your order will ship when the item is received by our fulfillment center. Delivery times on PREORDERs are estimates and may vary pending arrival of the product.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. Elisa Johnson is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with International orders. Any duties or taxes owed are the sole responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SUNGLASSES
All returns can be arranged within 3 days upon delivery date for a full refund. After the 3 days, returns will only be accepted for exchanges and/ or store credit for up to 14 days. You must obtain a return authorization from us before proceeding by stating the reason for return when contacting info@elisajohnson.co. A member of our customer service team will respond Monday - Friday within 48hrs of your email.
- All returns or exchanges must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization.
- Any and all returns or exchanges must be in original packing with all received materials.
- Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. We allow a maximum of 2 exchanges per order.
- There must be a copy of the packing slip inside the box.
- Original shipping fees and taxes are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
- We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
- If you receive the incorrect item or a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery date.
- Sale items are final sale- no returns or exchanges allowed. A sale item is any item marked down from the original price, OR any order where a promo code greater than 20% is used at checkout.
- We do not cover shipping costs for customer returns.
- Customer refunds or credits will be processed once the item is received by Elisa Johnson.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned product. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
PRESCRIPTONS & LENS CUSTOMIZATIONS
For customized lens orders such as prescription lenses, blue light blocker, readers or AR, please allow a 3-4 week delivery window. It is the sole duty and responsibility of the customer to enter their prescription info correctly when ordering. If you receive a lens customization that does not match your order please contact info@elisajohnson.co. All sales on prescription or otherwise customized lenses are FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.
JEWELRY
For sanitary reasons, all jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
