Deliveries and Returns

US: 5-7 business days / International: 10-14 business days via DHL Express or DPD.  Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to ship.  You may experience an increased shipping window due to high order volume during Holidays, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, or new product drops.

For customized lens orders such as prescription lenses, blue light blocker, readers or polarization, please allow a 3-4 week delivery window.  It is the sole duty and responsibility of the customer to enter their prescription info correctly when ordering.  If you receive a lens customization that does not match your order please contact  All sales on prescription or otherwise customized lenses are FINAL SALE.  We will not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.

Duties: International orders may be subject to duties and taxes. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Any duties associated with International orders are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns can be arranged within 3 days upon delivery date for a full refund.  After the 3 days, returns will only be accepted for exchanges and/ or store credit for up to 14 days. You must obtain a return authorization from us before proceeding by stating the reason for return when contacting  A member of our customer service team will respond Monday - Friday within 48hrs of your email.

  • Any and all returns or exchanges must be in original packing with all received materials.
  • Customer refunds or credits will be processed once the item is received by Elisa Johnson.
  • Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery. 
  • There must be a copy of the packing slip inside the box.
  • Sale items are final sale- no returns or exchanges allowed.
  • Sale items are subject to limited stock availability and only offered while supplies last.
  • Original shipping fees and taxes are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
  • We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.  
  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery date.
  • We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. PO Box orders will be cancelled. 
  • We do not cover shipping costs for customer returns.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund.

Refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned product.


Being that we are a small company with a small team our return policy is currently limited.
