Any duties associated with International orders are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns can be arranged within 3 days upon delivery date for a full refund.  After the 3 days, returns will only be accepted for exchanges and/ or store credit. You must obtain a return authorization from us before proceeding by stating the reason for return when contacting info@elisajohnson.co.  A member of our customer service team will respond Monday - Friday within 48hrs of your email.

• Any and all returns or exchanges must be in original packing with all received materials.
• Customer refunds or credits will be processed once the item is received by Elisa Johnson.
• There must be a copy of the packing slip inside the box.
• Sale items are final sale- no returns or exchanges allowed.
• Sale items are subject to limited stock availability and only offered while supplies last.
• Original shipping fees and taxes are not eligible to be refunded upon your return.
• We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.  
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery date.
• We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. PO Box orders will be cancelled. 
• We do not cover shipping costs for customer returns.
